in separate teams we discover the problem space for a limited number of selected challenges
we dive into aspects of systems thinking to deeply understand the challenges at hand
POST SPRINT
PROGRESS CHECK-IN & TROUBLESHOOTING WITH L&A
2-4 weeks after the sprint, we'll have a check-in coaching call to support the team with next steps, give feedback, act as a soundboard for any obstacles that arise in the process.

With over 20 years of combined experience in strategy, service design, culture change, and facilitation, we bring a designer’s mindset to every project.They live in London and Bristol, respectively, and both work globally.

The challenge
Altruistiq had found themselves at a crossroads after a period of change. They wanted to take a good look at how far they’d come, figure out what needed tweaking, and set a clear path forward. Our goal? To create a space for open, honest conversations, to dream big about the year ahead, and to put together a solid plan for lasting change.
The impact
Our retrospective experience gave the Altruistiq team a much-needed energy boost, bringing clarity and connection when they needed it most. By reflecting on their journey and identifying the areas in need of TLC, they now have a solid strategy to drive change. Plus, with a newly-formed, team-led culture committee in place, they are taking ownership of the roadmap and creating shared responsibility towards the company's growth and success. GO TEAM!

THE DETAILS
Workshop type:
1 Full-Day Intensive In-person Workshop
Can be bought standalone or integrated into an existing retreat or offsite
Time commitment:
Maximum of 3 hours of pre-work (including discovery call, all hands, feedback)
1 x 6 hour workshop day:
3 hour morning block + break
1 hour lunch break
3 hour afternoon block + break
Maximum of 3 hours post-retreat (including playback of write-up + toolkits and 3 x accountability checkins)
Group Size:
This experience works best for teams with a minimum of 15 people per workshop. We have split our pricing into 3 team size bands.
If your team has less than 15 members, we're happy to discuss designing a a mini experience for you. Get in touch with us to talk more about your needs.
